About Us

Bhartiya IT Engineers Sangh (BITES) is a registered national trade union established in April 2025 under the provisions of the Trade Union Act, 1926. The Sangh represents the collective voice of India’s Information Technology professionals — including engineers, developers, support staff, and technical associates — working across public and private sectors.

BITES was formed with the objective of uniting IT professionals on a common platform to protect their rights, enhance their welfare, and promote ethical and sustainable growth in the rapidly evolving digital industry of India.
